How it Works?

Welcome to the Appraisal Referral Network

The Referral Process

Step 1:

Sign up and choose your desired membership level. Both levels allow you to accept private, non-lender referrals from peers—where you set the fee and keep 85%! Each level also provides the chance to earn referral income for every successful referral:  3% with the Free Membership and 12% with Elite.

Step 2:

When a client contacts you with a request you can’t fulfill, head to the membership map. Use the directory to find an appraiser, reach out to confirm their interest in the assignment, and then click “Refer an Appraisal” button to complete a simple referral contract.

Step 3:

The appraiser who accepts the referral will contact the client, provide a fee quote, and proceed with the assignment once approved. Throughout the process, they’ll update the referral status, sending notifications as needed. Upon completion, the accepting appraiser collects the full fee from the client. At this point, the Appraisal Referral Network retains 15% of the fee from the accepting appraiser and disburses the referring appraiser’s portion (3% for Free members and 12% for Elite members).

Referral fees are only due when an appraisal is accepted, completed, and paid. If a referral doesn’t proceed, no fees are required.

Example Scenario
Sara accepts a referral for a divorce appraisal assignment from Lucas, an appraiser in a neighboring county. She contacts Lucas's client and provides a quote of $600 for the appraisal. The client approves, and Sara completes the assignment. Here’s how the appraisal fee is split based on each membership level:
