How it Works?
Welcome to the Appraisal Referral Network
The Referral Process
Step 1: Sign up and choose your desired membership level. Both levels allow you to accept private non-lender referrals from your peers – You determine the fee and receive 85% of it! Also both levels give you the opportunity to earn referral income, up to 12% of the appraisal fee, for every successful referral completed.
Step 2: When a client contacts you with a request you cannot fulfill, navigate to the membership section. Utilize the directory to find an appraiser, reach out and see if they are interested in the assignment, then proceed to “Refer an Appraisal” tab for the straightforward referral contract.
Step 3: The appraiser who accepts the referral will reach out to the client, provide their fee quote, and proceed with the assignment upon acceptance. Throughout the process, they will update the status of the referral, sending notifications accordingly. Upon completion, the accepting appraiser collects the entire fee from the client. At this stage, the Appraisal Referral Network collects15% of the appraisal fee from the accepting appraiser and disburses the referring appraiser’s portion (Free 3% and Elite 12%).
Example Scenario
Appraiser Sara accepts a referral for a divorce assignment from Lucas, an appraiser from a neighboring county. Sara reaches out to Lucas's clients and provides a quote of $600 for the appraisal. The client accepts the quote, and Sara proceeds to complete the appraisal. Here is the appraisal fee split from this referral for each membership level:

- Sara completes the appraisal and earns $510 (85% of the fee).
- Lucas referred the appraisal and earns $18 (3% of the fee)
- The Appraisal Referral Network collects an administrative fee of $72 (12% of the fee).
Elite Appraiser Membership
