Short Bio: I grew up in Alaska and came to California in 1990. I settled in San Jose and starting my appraisal and real estate career in May of 1990. I work for Craig Federspiel, SRA and Assoc. until October 1993 when I started Accurate Appraisal & Review. I built the firm up to be one of fastest growing private business in Silicon Valley in 2002, 2003, and 2004, per Silicon Valley Business Journal. I prided myself on taking on trainees from the very start and continue to this day. I currently have a wife of 19 years (Digna) and 2 Sons, Dominic and Derek. I continue to appraise real estate full time and help friends and family purchase or list homes for sale.
