Short Bio: Katherine Bell has 17 years of experience in the real estate field, first as a lender and then as an appraiser. Prior to founding Green Oak Appraisal Team, Mrs. Bell was a Senior Appraiser with Newmark (formerly Newmark Knight Grubb Frank) from 2018 to 2023 in their Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO offices and appraised multifamily, retail, office, industrial and select luxury single-family homes in North Carolina, South Carolina, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. Prior to joining Newmark, Mrs. Bell earned her appraiser training at Cushman & Wakefield and appraised multifamily and mixed-use property types in North Carolina and South Carolina. She understands the unique economic environment and nuances of appraising on tribal land in Montana and Wyoming.
