  2. Market to For Sale by Owners.  Get your Google Business page up and running.  Network with agents. Send email marketing: “Contact us to help you price your next listing”  “Do the seller and you disagree on price?  Hire an appraiser”

  3. Use an email template and always provide a range of values in addition to a single point value.  This will help the seller make an informed decision when they get offers.
