I am a member of the Appraisal Referral Network and was recently awarded a mutli-parcel project involving 24 free standing retail stores located from Clearwater Beach south to Bonita Springs. This assignment was a very enjoyable project. Even though I have been an appraiser for over 50 years, I would not have been awarded this assignment without my membership in the network.
